Christian Audigier Nightclub!

CELEB SPOT. VegasLate has the Las Vegas details inside “Christian Audigier The Nightclub”. The Treasure Island nightclub named after Ed Hardy’s Christian Audigier is located in the space formerly occupied by VegasLate fav nightclub, Tangerine.

Tangerine will be renamed, redesigned, and relaunched as “Christian Audigier The Nightclub” opening July 4th weekend. The space was never that big, but offered a wonderful outdoor patio at street level right on the Vegas Strip.

Audigier has always been one of LALATE’s favorite designers. (If you look at our closet, LALATE has 10 Ed Hardy tanktops and 1/2 dozen rhinestone Ed Hardy shirts.) Audigier recently celebrated his birthday in Los Angeles with Michael Jackson (pictured above) and Britney Spears.The new nightclub will be opened by Tangerine’s operators, Pure Management. Audigier says of the experience “Quite simply, it feels amazing. I feel like I can do anything and this is just another facet of who I am. I have so much to offer this world from what you wear to how you relax, party and enjoy life. This will be an extension of how I do it and everyone will be able to do it with me. Let’s party!”

The space will embody the Audigier look, even down to staff uniforms.

“Fashion and nightlife are a winning combination,” says Tom Mikulich of Treasure Island. “We are pleased to introduce an amazing new nightlife concept to our guests, and to be partnered with preeminent brands such as Christian Audigier and Pure Management Group.”

Expect lots of skull and roses. The space will reportedly include lots of black elements including black glass chandeliers.

Who will be at the premiere?

Nick Cannon is reportedly inked to DJ on July 4. Chatter says Mariah Carey could be there. But Mariah mostly does her events at Tao.

Javon Walker Las Vegas Robbery

After an alleged $15,000 night at the Hard Rock Hotel on bottle service, Oakland Raiders Javon Walker was found unconcious with significant injuries on a Las Vegas street. Walker currently is in a Las Vegas hospital trauma unit.VEGASLATE is just filtering through the shocking details still coming in.

The following is known at the moment.

Javon Walker, the Raiders’ wide receiver, was found this morning Monday at 7:19 AM unconcious off the Las Vegas strip, specifically at the intersection of Koval Lane and Winnick Avenue. From there Walker was rushed to Sunrise Medical Center’s Trauma unit. He is currently in fair condition as of Monday afternoon with “significant injuries” reportedly.

Walker reportedly was spotted first Saturday at Tryst at the Wynn “spraying the crowd with some of the 15 bottles of Dom Perignon Rose champagne he ordered.”

But then Walker was reportedly spotted Sunday at “Body English at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino until 6:30 a.m. Monday and that his first round of champagne cost him $15,000”. He was found on the Las Vegas street unconcious less than 1 hour later.

Britney Spears went “Bare” in Las Vegas today. Britney Spears hit up Bare, the topless pool at the Mirage.But good Brit left her top on. Instead she showed legs, lots of them, in heels almost as big as her recent attorneys’ bills.

Brit Brit is in Vegas with daddy Jamie Spears for Fathers day, standing at the Palms.

But when it came to bare-ing it … not at all … Spears chose the Mirage pool.

Michael Jackson is reportedly getting closer to inking a Las Vegas show with Colony Capital that could include either several major concerts with “The Jacksons” or many nightly solo performances.

A Jackson Colony Capital Las Vegas show is nothing new to online chatter.

It was several months ago that both LALATE.com and VEGASLATE.com reported that Jackson could be inking a deal for Las Vegas Hilton concert date(s) in conjunction Colony Capital. That is reportedly part of an alleged repayment options for the $23 million debt and more against Neverland Ranch. But last night, a new source reveals to Reuters that Jackson is getting now closer to a “possible long-term engagement as the resident performer of a Vegas casino or nightclub” as one option.

Colony Capital (which is headquartered here in Los Angeles) owns the Las Vegas Hilton and a majority owner of the Station Casinos chain.

Colony Capital and Jackson would not comment.

Jackson is currently 49.

Details of financial problems for brothers and members of “The Jacksons” have been widely reported.

And just days ago, sister Janet Jackson revealed new fights between her and her label over concert scheduling.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are in Las Vegas right now, but together?

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have both arrived in Las Vegas moments ago, but separately. However, reports suggest the two may end up hanging out together.

As of right now, VEGASLATE can report that Spears is in Vegas at the Palms Hotel. But Spears is not in town to record in the (bff) Maloof Brothers’ recording studio. Britney is in town with father Jamie Spears. She is also not there to perform with the Pussycat Dolls.

But will Britney be hanging out with ex Kevin Federline? A big possibility. Federline will be at Prive Las Vegas tonight to receive its “Father of the Year” honor from the nightclub.
