Several websites are reporting right (ironically, each “exclusivey”) that Colony Capital’s founder, Tom Barrack Jr., who owns the Las Vegas Hilton hotel, may have struck a financial restructuring deal that enabled Jackson to keep his Neverland Ranch in exchange for Jackson performing at the Las Vegas Hilton.

Some sites are claiming knowledge of Jackson actually in discussions with Barrack Jr., but no confirmation from either of the two.

Ironically, the Hilton was the home of Jackson’s former father in law, Elvis Presley.
